Experience Motorcycles is Auckland are advertising brand new Royal Enfield sidecars for sale in NZ, for $12,990.

    Their Trademe advert states:

The King of Cool in LAMS just became very affordable / Available in Battle Green or Squadron Blue or Desert Storm

Weekend Cruising, week day commuting with a grin from ear to ear ……..the ideal way to save time, fuel and parking getting too and from work
Please note sample Photos only …some depict cost options such as pillion seat / hi performance pipes

The Classic Battle Green / Desert Storm / Lagoon Blue comes to New Zealand with a paint scheme reminiscent of the War era, a time when Royal Enfield motorcycles proved their capabilitities and battle worthiness by impeccable service to soldiers.
Donning a younger look with styling cues one would expect only from a genuine Royal Enfield: single cylinder air-cooled pushrod engine, 1950s style nacelle and toolboxes, traditional paint scheme and buffed engine components, this motorcycle is all set to bring you the pleasures of modern motorcycling while reflecting the aura of classic eternal styling.

It’s legal in NZ as long as it’s factory fitted, but yes it would make a scary ride for the passenger.
