1. I’ve installed the plugin, if you click on your name in the right hand column, then once your profile page comes up click on Edit in the menu on the page, then at the very bottom of the edit screen there is an option to upload an Avatar.

   

2. Those that have Avatars registered on here using their Facebook or Google+ accounts, and their Avatar was copied over automatically from FB or G+.

   There is a plug I will install and see it it allows others to load their own Avatar.
