Hitchcocks Motorcycles in the UK have developed a 462cc big bore kit for the Royal Enfield Himalayan.

There’s a Dyno chart at about 3’40” of the video below that indicates a roughly 20% increase in power and 25% increase in torque.

Has anybody fitted a big bore kit onto a carburetor model BS4 Royal Enfield Himalayan. I would like to know if they have had any issues, before I order a kit from Hitchcocks. Thanks

Looks like no-one here has done it. Did you order the kit?

Did you see the 477 kit being developed?

My 2018 Himalayan has 22000 kms on now without any problems and has done everything I asked of it, however those kits does look tempting.
