Can anyone give me some ideas on how to get my bike to Europe. Ideally i want to get it to Istanbul but this isnt proving easy, so another port in southern Europe or as a last resort the UK?

What about Greece? it has ports and is right next door, otherwise Italy then overnight ferry to Greece and ride to Turkey.

The key question is rather : What’s next?
Where + how to register +insure?
    Quarantine and costums?
    EU- Green Card Cover required?
    Taxes and fees?
    EU-wide roadside assist required?
Carnet de passage? Costs? Where to get?

    etc etc etc

Getting it there is the easy part…but EVERYTHING depends on the follow up!

The guys who’ve done it all before and have CURRENT info, live here:
