If you’re into scramblers I think a converted Harley Sportser certainly looks the part and the motor should be quite suitable with it’s low down torque.

This kit costs $4kUS but includes suspension mods front and rear giving a foot extra of ground clearance, replacement handlebars, new high exhaust, custom designed bash plate which also relocates the footpegs to a better position, chain guide and a bunch of other bits to make it all bolt straight on.
In the USA used Sportsters can be picked up really cheap so a complete bike with the kit might cost $8k.

Hugo Moto, manufacturer of high-performance, bolt-on tracker, scrambler and adventure touring kits for Harley-Davidson Sportsters, announces a pilot dealer program rollout with Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson, the #1 H-D Bar and Shield dealer in the United States. SMH-D will utilize Hugo Moto kits to convert preowned Sportsters into scramblers for demo and resale.

“We’ve been converting Sportsters to scramblers for years but have struggled to find a cost effective, turn-key solution that leaves room for us to make a respectable profit,” said Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson Founder & President, Scott Maddux. “Hugo Moto’s kit approach really streamlines the conversion process. We used to have to go to multiple sources to piece the parts together but now we have a one-stop shop. It makes it much easier for us to scale our builds accordingly with demand.”

Nicolas Danan, Hugo Moto CEO, stated, “Scott and the Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson team have been pioneers in the Sportster scrambler conversion movement. Their feedback has been invaluable in the development of our kits and we look forward to test marketing our dealer program with them.”

Cool video and the bike looked so small…
All about the rider though, suspect that guy could have ridden any of the other bikes up there.
