At the 2018 EICMA show KTM announced big updates to the 690 Enduro R with a new motor, new frame and a host of other updates.

Now putting out 74bhp and 73.5Nm of torque the new 690 Enduro R boats of being the most powerful single cylinder ADV bike on the market, and to top that off the dry weight is only 146 kg, 1kg lighter than the DR650. The usual KTM 6 speed gearbox is combined with a Quickshifter for smooth shifts and tank size of 13.5 litres.
It’s a tall bike with a seat height of 910mm with ground clearance of 270mm

However the updates don’t stop there, fully adjustable WP Xplor adapted from KTM’s off road bikes are now at each end using a linkage to the swingarm and the electronics include lean sensitive braking, two mode traction control and offroad ABS that allows considerable amount of rear wheel lockup.

There’s no full specs yet unfortunately.
