Another small adv bike from Zongshen which will be most widely ridden in the US due to being imported there by the California Scooter Co and branded as the CSC TT250.

As with the Zongshen RX3 the TT250 is not a top spec contender but is for those who want a simple and especially low cost choice to getting out there on the trails and exploring. In the US CSC retail the TT250 at $2,195.00US which at the time of writing is just under $3200NZD.

The TT250’s carb’d, air cooled 230cc engine puts out 16hp and CSC claim it gets in the region of 27km/l so with it’s 11 litre tank should be good for around 295km of riding per tank, perfect for NZ. With a 21″ front and 18″ rear wheels there’ll be no issue getting rubber for it, the dry weight of 140KG and top speed around 100km/h is not going to win any races but if that’s your biggest gripe about the bike I think you are missing the point of it. A brand new bike for $3200? that’s a steal.

Check out our Motorcycle Specs Chart to see how the Zongshen TT250 compares on paper to other bikes.
