Short, slow, and twisty, the East end of Dorsets Road is grassy with ruts and pot holes. The start at the East end is through a (usually) closed wooden gate that is easily missed or confused with a nearby farm access road, so I have provided a photo of it.
Once through the gate and take the track immediately to the right. This track may have a “paper” road status but is open to the public.
The most excellent Northcroft Road runs South off Dorsets Road about halfway along Dorsets Road.
