16k of easy gravelly goodness. Coonoor Road is a well kept gravel road, with a mixture of tight twisty stuff and straighter sections.

The southern end of Coonoor Road starts off the popular Pahiatua-Pongaroa Road and at it’s northern end Coonoor Road joins up with Towai Road.
Only 600 metres West of the junction where Coonoor and Towai Roads meet is the Eastern end of Makairo Track.
