Famed for the AK-47 assault rifle used by armies and militants the world over, Kalashnikov is now building an electric motorcycle for the Russian police and military.
Not much seems to be known about it yet except that it has a range of approximately 100 miles.

It looks like Kalashnikov are serious about moving into EV vehicles, they also recently displayed this car prototype based on a 1970s Soviet-era hatchback. According to Kalashnikov the CV1 uses a 90 kilowatt-hour battery pack tied to a 295 horsepower electric motor and will do a 0-100 km/h time of about 6 seconds and up to 350km of range.
