Starting a few km from Martinborough township, White Rock Rd is around 50km long and finishes up on the South Wairarapa coast. However as the first half of White Rock Road is sealed and splits off to Tora this track starts where White Rock Road becomes gravel.
The gravel section of White Rock Road has some good views of the coast and Opoauwa River, and if course the “White Rock”. You have to return back up the same road after reaching the coast.
The sealed portion of White Rock Road out to the start of this track has some great twisty sections.
