The new 890cc engine features a lot of updates over the 790 and the cc increase is achieved through a combination of longer stroke and bigger bore.

No power specs have been released yet, but the 890 Duke was recently dyno’d by Cycleworld magazine at 109 HP @ 9,900rpm and 82NM of torque @ 8700rpm, an increase of 11 HP and 3 NM.
