In the same manner as KTM shared some of it’s motors with CF Moto, BMW also shares at least one of it’s motors with an Asian manufacturer
Voge is a brand unheard of in New Zealand but is sold in much of Europe and is a subsidiary of Loncin who are mainly known in NZ as the manufacturer of replacement CT110 postie bike motors but Loncin also make the 850 and 900cc parallel twin motors for BMW and the Voge 900DSX borrows BMW’s 900cc parallel twin as used in the BMW F900R
Power figures for the Voge 900DSX are a bit different from what’s quoted for the F900R at 94HP for the Voge 900DSX vs 105 for the F900GS.
The side crash protection is stock as is a sump guard and hand guards. The front forks are 43mm USDs with 194mm of travel supporting a spoked 21″ rim and the front and a spoked 17″ rim supported by a mono shock with 198mm of travel with preload and hydraulics adjustment at the rear. Braking is courtesy of twin 305mm disc at the front and a single 265mm disc at the back.

Electronic rider aids include ABS, TCS Traction Control, LCS rear view mirror light systems alerting the rider to other vehicles in lanes either side of the rider when changing lanes, Tyre Pressure monitoring and CCS Cruise Control.
A 7″ TFT screen provides all the rider data and allows cell phone connectivity for calls and messages and basic turn by turn navigation and there’s even a built in 1080p front camera to record your trip and idiot drivers.

A seat height of 825mm is fairly typical of this sized machine as is full LED lighting, the Voge 900DSX also includes heated grips. fog lights and both 12v and usb poewr outlets on the dash.
For all that dry weight is quoted at 220kg.
