Keen to hear from anyone who has recently bought a 450 enduro bike and had issues with the ABS requirements? Been offered a fully road registered new bike by dealer. not sure how (if at all) this requirement is policed?

I haven’t purchased but if the bike has been road registered by the dealer then it should have passed all potential obstacles. My understanding is the issue is getting a plate for them in the first place.
I had heard discussion that there was some sort of workaround for enduro bikes but no specifics.
My understanding was that if dealers put a bike on the system before the the introduction of the ABS rule they had two years when they could still register them. Boydes had some DRZ400’s they sold quickly and Cyclespot had some KTM500’s they are all sold now as far as I know
