Crawford Hills Road provides access from Alexandra over the hills and into the Manorburn/Poolburn dams area and vice versa. The road can be quite dusty and can have quite thick, loose gravel in places but it should be suitable for all riders on all sized bikes.

We rode this last week and it was a bit dusty but a very nice ride. Was recommended to us by the lady at the cafe in Omakau. They do very nice pies by the way. It appears there is a schist quarry on this road so watch out for trucks if you are riding it in the working week.
