Mass damping has been used on Moto-GP bikes for about 3 years and the maker of the video below claims they will be on Honda’s Africa Twin and the front of the BMW GS.
Watch the video below, there’s some interesting comparison footage of 2 Forumla one cars going over ripple strips at a track, one with a Mass Damping unit installed and one without and the difference in vibration on the cars is significant.
