Reluctantly putting up my Enfield sidecar for sale

Finaly have to admit I am too sick to finish this project.
Not in a hurry, just seeing what interest there is. Just the chair but the bike will be available as well.
Sidecar. Genuine 1950’s
Not sure of the make, possibly early Watsonian .
Was on a 1952 Royal Enfield.
Tidy condition with windscreen, cover and brake (foot brake mounts on frame next to bike brake)
In the process of fitting it to a Royal Enfield Bullet but too sick to finish all my projects.
To attactch it needs: Front main bracket on engine mount (partly made), Front top brace bracket (buy on Trademe ready to go for $48), rear main simple bracket to footpeg and rear brace bolts on to top shock mount. Easy!
Reluctant sale, original vintage sidecars are getting harder to find
Price is what it owes me so not negotiable.

Haha. Not the one in my avatar (well not yet).
The Enfield is a 500 Bullet registered as 1966 so cheap rego. $110 year
Was sent back to India for restoration in 2002 and came back with new frame and engine.
Bit of a rip off somewhere but is still vinned as 66 so that’s something.
New WOF, goes realy well, another reluctant sale but something’s gotta go.
$4500 firm. Cheaper than most and you will save over $300 a year on rego 🙂

Sorry to hear that Chelle, I was pretty much off riding for almost 2 years due to vertigo and fatigue issues, fortunately that’s coming right and I can ride again now, but it was frustrating at the time.
