I’m considering importing a bike from the UK, has anybody done it in recent history?
I’m not worried about the NZ end of things with duty, GST, etc but am interested in if anyone can recommend a good shipping company and advise what it cost.
I’ve done it before but that was back in 2004 when I shipped my Ducati 888 back with 8 tea chests worth of 3 peoples personal effects.
Is 2013 recent enough? My boss organised something for his K1300S and Multistrada, after a long touring trip. Could ask him what he sorted.

Contact daniel at TT and Europe Motorcycle Adventures. He is always shipping bikes between NZ and the UK. I know he does one way shipments also for people that buy a bike in the UK on Ebay or elsewhere.
