I am keen to go over the road between taumaranui -Urenui in a week or so. Can anybody tell me what the general condition of the gravel bit is ? Riding on road tyres. Is the gravel deep, marbly, hard packed???
Also keen to know about Kai-Iwi to Raetihi via Wanganui River Road..oh yes and the Turikina valley road to Waiouru. Interested in general/average road conditions on these roads. Any advice welcome Thanks
Wanganui River Road is now fully sealed, I haven’t been over the others in a while.
