Scooter manufacturer SYM joins the adventure scooter market with a 399cc single cylinder powered engine producing 35HP and 36NM torque.
The ADXTG 400 appears to be a bit more umarket than some other ADV scooter offerings including Bosch ABS and traction control with the option to switch rear ABS off for off-road riding, an aluminium swingarm, along with full-LED lighting, with an emergency braking alert that flashes the brake light under hard deceleration from above 70km/h.
The handle bar position and screen are both adjustable and hand guards and a bash plate are standard fitment. SYM stats the suspension is long travel but like ADV scooters from other brands SYM hasn’t listed any specific suspension specs.
SYM also says that a “No-compromise, off-road standing position is intensively considered,” and a USB socket is also included for charging devices on longer rides.
SYM have made a pretty flashy promo video for the ADXTG 400
