I have heaps and cheaper too, yes…
I have two Garmin 60Cs for sale as well, I can include the whole kit and kaboodle! Includes RAM mounts and cradle for GPS, latest maps loaded and as these are 56Mb, plenty of room for tracks, routes and NZ both Islands.

I will take some photos of the set ups and post at a later date. Open to offers for all, just want to recover costs and a little bit for postage etc. It really depends if you want to go a little retro, or more modern. All the units work and route fine. I also have two or three car units if interested – Nuvi models.

Yeah post them in the buy n Sell section when you are ready: https://www.adventureridingnz.co.nz/forums/subject/general-discussion/buy-and-sell/

I need a handlebar ball mount for the sidecar so I can put the GPS on that,

I’m also considering a short arm, though I see there’s a lot more lengths available now that just the short, medium and long when I got my first one.

Browsing the web this morning and came across this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Garmin-Colorado-300-Handheld-Trail-GPS-010-00622-31-Authorized-Garmin-Dealer-/181624865751?pt=GPS_Devices&hash=item2a49af83d7

Very cheap and from a reputable dealer too. I have bought from them in the past. Having a bigger screen is an advantage and the only thing you need to do is get the RAM cradle and mounts. Large memory capacity 384Mb, more than enough but if you run out of room, there is a SD card slot. This includes Mapsource CD, cables, karabiner clip etc, basically a refurbished back to brand new sttae from Garmin.
These can be sourced cheaply from http://www.gpscity.com
