  1. I had a nosy up the beginning of Endean road while over Rotorua way, a good track for small light bikes, probably good postie bike territory.

I only went in 100 meters or so so all these pics are from that.

  2. Hey guys

just found the link in my junk mail, bugger would have been keen.
Looks like a great ride. Have got the new side stand parts just need to fit them then the whale is ready for some more action.

    Cheers

  3. Great little ride with Black Betty and Brianflex, no where near as bad as expected but disappointingly short…

Black Betty got my video up for you to check it out for yourself.

  4. The road wasn’t as bad as I expected. Holds water but most wet bits can be ridden around. Unfortunately there is a locked gate at approx 6km in, we tried to find a way around it but found more locked gates.Still a fun little ride in and out plus the seal up to it is fun.

  5. @black-betty @cottlini The info I have is that this track is pretty rough so it’s up to you to decide if you want to try it but I’m good for Saturday, meet up at Pongakawa Valley road junction with Rotoehu Rd and ride from there? 9.30?

  6. Bump for this one

Endean road is located just past the lion park up at Paradise valley, Rotorua.

It’s very popular with the 4×4 crowd so gets pretty roughed up with big holes.

  7. Im keen. Would you be over the next week sometime?

    Anyone else?

I’d like to get into what I assume is forestry road between there and Tokaroa too…

  8. I got an email in my inbox a few days ago from someone who I think is involved in the 4×4 community saying that Endean Road is now open, apparently it is closed over Winter/the wet season.

Who’s going to volunteer to check it out and GPS it for the website?
